SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 30– A man charged with shaking his girlfriend’s baby, causing his death of a brain injury, is on trial before Justice Juan M. Merchan.

On October 30, Inner City Press was there, the courtroom gallery once full for the Trump trial now entirely empty.
