On August 21 Oren Alexander retained two of the defense lawyers in Sean Combs’ recent trial, Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos, amid pre-trial skirmishes.
On November 7 Inner City Press filed opposition to the Alexander brothers’ extensive redactions. Judge Caproni cited and docketed the motion on November 10, denying the Alexanders’ request and ordering less redactions by November 14, order and Inner City Press letter on PACER here

Late on December 11 Marc Agnifilo docketed his Brady letter - now on Patreon here.
On January 12, the courtroom was abruptly sealed after defense counsel referred to sealed memo not visible in the docket on PACER. Inner City Press filed a letter with the Court, on DocumentCloud here.
Judge Caproni denied it, citing 412. The intent was to cover others of the many sealed filing. But onward-
On January 16, citing the (same?) filings that went in under seal on Jan 12, Judge Capronio ordered that “not later that Friday, January 23, the parties are directed to file on the docket, with appropriate redactions, the letter motions and briefings” - that’s the week day before opening arguments. Inner City press will report more at that time (the jurors, selected January 20 to then, are to be anonymous).
Late on January 20 lawyer Evan Torgan - whose name is not to be mentioned in front of the anonymous jury - wrote in to quash subpoenas, under seal (his letter on Patreon here).
