SDNY COURTHOUSE, July 1 – At 4:30 pm on September 16 Inner City Press was told by its SDNY source to expect "the big one" - Sean Combs - the next day in an SDNY courtroom.

On July 1 at 4:05 pm the jury sent out a note that it has reached a verdict on Counts 2, 3, 4 and 5 but not on Count 1, Racketeering Conspiracy. Thread. The judge told them to return on July 2 (and perhaps July 3, they weren't told, yet)
