Judge: Mr. Nasrallah, do you have counsel?
Nasrallah: I was only served Saturday. I've been trying to meet with lawyers on Christmas. Judge: We are going to move forward with the hearing today... This is an emergency TRO.
Christian Louboutin counsel: We are known worldwide... We got a Facebook site shutdown and a person is cooperating with us, his WhatApp shows Mr. Nasrallah was selling samples he obtained will working for us in Paris, and now since he moved to New York under an L-1 visa we sponsored
Christian Louboutin counsel: This violates his employment agreement - which recognizes irreparable harm here. Judge: When did you find out? Christian Louboutin lawyer: In last two weeks.
Judge: He's no longer employed there? Louboutin lawyer: Yes, he's been terminated. Louboutin lawyer: More items have been sent to Mr. Nasrallah's location in Astoria.
Nasrallah: I have nothing in my home, I will open my residence if they want to check. Judge: I will enter the Temporary Restraining Order; P.I. hearing on January 5, brief Jan 2
Judge: Mr. Nasrallah, do you think it is realistic for you to get counsel by then?
Nasrallah: Yes, I think so. Louboutin lawyer: We want to know from him who he is working with in Paris. We would like to depose him. These were sample good never intended for sale Judge: I don't think deposition by Jan 5 is realistic, I'm going to deny that.
Nasrallah: I'm sorry to ask, I am new to this, but I don't understand the restraint.
Judge: You are prevented from using the marks, or selling or disposing any sample products you have
Nasrallah: Thank you your Honor. Judge: We are adjourned.
