SDNY COURTHOUSE, Dec 18 – Many people are killed by fentanyl these days.

Checking back on December 18, 2023 - there are five months of sealed filings - and now a civil forfeiture proceeding for $45,660 seized by the DEA at Sophia Marks' residence in NY NY 10022.
