On February 26, 2024 the trial started and Inner City Press live tweeted opening arguments, here
On February 27, Pauline Anderson testified and cried. Inner City Press live tweeted, here
On February 28, Rasheed Anderson was on the stand - then after the jury left, scheduling - including witness who will introduce Eric Adams' communications - was discussed:
now in US v. Lamor Whitehead, his 3d lawyer is cross-examining Pauline Anderson about why didn't she contact a realtor in New Jersey herself - meanwhile Whitehead is scribbling notes and passing them to his lead lawyer.
Now Lamor Whitehead's congregant Rasheed is on the stand, describing how Whitehead had a financial literacy class and referred everyone to Keith the credit repair guy, who took all their Social Security numbers. Whitehead sits with his 3 lawyers
Lamor Whitehead's congregant Rasheed Anderson is still on direct, his messages to Whitehead after his mother's surgery. Judge says pick up the pace - trial will have a multi-day break.
Congregant Rasheed Anderson *still* on direct, now reading text from Lamor Whitehead how the live stream going offline "hurts our tithing." As he's explaining, defense objection is sustained.
After jury left, prosecutors said next week they'll introduce Whitehead's communications with Eric Adams "and an Adams employees."
More about the schedule and subpoena(s) was discussed
