SDNY COURTHOUSE, June 25 – At 4:30 pm on September 16 Inner City Press was told by its SDNY source to expect "the big one" - Sean Combs - the next day in an SDNY courtroom.

On June 25 the charge conference was supposed to start at noon, then 2, then 3, then 3:45 - it went to 7:30 pm, thread.

Some arguments were dropped, others taken under advisement. The defense summation will not be until Friday. As July 4 approaches...
