SDNY COURTHOUSE, July 7 – At 4:30 pm on September 16 Inner City Press was told by its SDNY source to expect "the big one" - Sean Combs - the next day in an SDNY courtroom.

On July 2 the jury came back with not guilty on RICO and sex trafficking, guilty on counts 3 and 5, transportation for prostitution. Combs' lawyer Agnifilo argued for release on bail but was denied, with a hearing on expedited sentencing set for July 8.
On July 7, Judge Subramanian specified that the hearing would be remote but that for the public to listen to it they should come in on July 8 at 2 pm to the Courtrooms on the 24th floor --
