Extra: Sean Combs SDNY Presentment Foreshadowed by Inner City Press Source but Why 8pm Arrest?

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Sept 16 – At 4:30 pm on September 16 Inner City Press was told by its SDNY source to expect "the big once" - Sean Combs - the next day in the courtroom here.

At 10:30 pm, from SDNY News, this: "USA Damian Williams: Earlier this evening, federal agents arrested Sean Combs, based on a sealed indictment filed by the SDNY.  We expect to move to unseal the indictment in the morning and will have more to say at that time."

   This comes a day after Williams held a press conference about indicting to former FDNY officials, and a presentment covered by perhaps six media members.

 For Combs, Inner City Press is told, a larger courtroom will be used.  

 But where is he?

  Hours after his arrest in a hotel lobby on Park Avenue and 57th Street, the Bureau of Prisons still had no answers.
