SDNY COURTHOUSE, Dec 2 – At 4:30 pm on September 16 Inner City Press was told by its SDNY source to expect "the big one" - Sean Combs - the next day in the courtroom here.

On November 22, Inner City Press live tweeted the bail arguments, here. Judge Subramanian did not decide, instead asking for letter by Monday at noon

On November 27 past 5 pm Judge Subramanian issued a five page order denying bail - order on Inner City Press' DocumentCloud here.

Combs' lawyer have argued he should be freed since Abercrombie's Jeffries was; the US replied in part that Abercrombie's Matthew C. Smith was detained.
