Even after DC Circuit made detention less likely, this defendant qualified as having pushed on Capitol Door, and being a member of the Proud Boys, in tactical gear. Will he appeal?

FEDERAL COURT, March 26 – Minutes into a break in the impeachment trial in the U.S. Senate, accused insurrectionist Domenic Pezzola was ordered detained until trial by Magistrate Judge Robin M. Meriweather. Inner City Press live tweeted it, below. There was an appeal.
Now on March 26, after the DC Circuit's decision in US v. Munchel, Oregon's Jonathanpeter Klein was ordered detained by DDC Magistrate Zia Faruqui. Inner City Press live tweeted it, here:
US v. Klein before DDC Magistrate Faruqui. Assistant US Attorney says the defendant is a member of the Proud Boys.
Defense: I have gotten to know Mr. Jonathanpeter Klein, and his employer on the ranch. He and his family lived in South America as missionaries. When he was 15 he began a landscaping business with this brother. They were home schooled.
Defense: They moved from Argentine to Chile. Then the pandemic came up and they moved back, on February 24, 2020 to Oregon. [So he knew about the COVID pandemic in February?]
Defense: He got a job in roofing, even in the pandemic, 12 hour days.
Defense: Here is Portland, Oregon, it was stressful. I was inundated by tear gas outside the courthouse every day.... Now he's been on the ranch, the owner has taken them under his wing. The government might be concerned about ranches in Eastern Oregon
Defense: They've got 750 mother cows.
Judge Faruqui: Sounds like a lot.
Defense: His mother Nancy, I see her name on one of the Zoom squares. He could live with her in Baker City, which would be a shame for the ranch. Defense: He filled his sister's refrigerator with meat.
Judge Faruqui cited DC Circuit's decision in US v. Munchel [Inner City Press: That decision / remand is going to result in more released on bond. Will it here?]
AUSA: The defendant forced open a door
Judge Faruqui: The court in Munchel, they talk about people who broke through doors and barricades as those they are concerned about.
AUSA: He had a Don't Tread on Me flag. He conflates violence with political discourse. His moving, after the inauguration, to a rural part of Eastern Oregon - this could be a sign of flight. Judge Faruqui: I'm not worried about flight.
Judge Faruqui is ruling, first summarizing DC Circuit's decision in US v. Munchel. He says, "I believe detention is appropriate here."
Judge Faruqui: The weight of the evidence is strong. The defendant appears to be part of the Proud Boys, with a violent ideology. He went to events in tactical gear. In Munchel the court said, those who broke doors and coordinated are in a different category.
Judge Faruqui: The court's example is Munchel is what happened here. He went in and looked around - then tried again. His social media showed he coordinated with his sibling. He appeared excited. He was not a passive participant.
Judge Faruqui: So Mr. Klein, you will be detained. You have a hearing before the District Judge on April 1. Adjourned
We will have more on this.
