UN GATE, Aug 23 –Early in the Republican debate in Milwaukee on August 23, former Vice President Mike Pence attacked Vivik Ramaswamy while alluding to Trump, possibly watching, without naming him.
But with the periodic mentions of Ukraine and China, would the United Nations be named?
When it happened, it was a footnote. Former US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley stated, as a fact, that Putin killed former Russian Ambassador Vitaly Churkin (who Inner City Press covered, as it covered Haley, before UNSG Antonio Guterres had it roughed up and banned from the UN).
How does Haley know who killed Churkin, or Yevgeny Prigozhin?
While Chris Christie accused Vivik of "sounding like ChatGPT," many of the opinions expressed seemed robotic.
This year’s US bank failures were not addressed, much less the future of cryptocurrency regulation and for example the decision to drop campaign finance charges against Sam Bankman-Fried.
Trump, whose first trial Inner City Press covers, faces at least three more. He dropped an interview five minutes before the debate and will surely be dropping more.
