SDNY COURTHOUSE, June 10 – Omarosa Marigault on June 10 filed seeking to intervene in a Federal lawsuit challenging the Trump campaign's Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Into the docket in Denson v. Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. at 3:51 pm on June 10 went a series of motions, memo of law and affidavit, found there by Inner City Press.
The overall case is assigned to U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York Judge Paul G. Gardephe.
Omarosa quotes Trump campaign official Alex Cannon as recognizing the nullity of the NDAs, but not in her case. So she asks to intervene.
Inner City Press will follow Judge Gardephe's decision. Watch this site.
