SDNY COURTHOUSE, April 27 – Kaitlyn Rivera was charged with child pornography - selling videos of herself performing oral sex on a less than 13 year old child.
On April 27, 2023 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge Ona T. Wang held a change of plea proceeding. Inner City Press was there - the only media in the SDNY Mag Court.
Rivera said she did it in Yonkers, New York - and cried. The Assistant US Attorney said they have, as evidence, the video and CashApp records.
